Use this checklist to take care of these items before you begin showing your house:
Exterior

Mow and edge lawn

Trim hedges and shrubs

Remove weeds and dead/dying plants

Add color with flowers and potted plants

Repaint any paint that is peeling

Remove oil stains from garage and driveway

Repair or repaint fences

Remove any clutter or debris from yard
